ANCHOR property tax benefit packets in N.J. are out in the mail. Did you get yours?

As part of its efforts to send ANCHOR property tax payments to New Jersey residents by Nov. 1, the state began mailing more than 2 million application packets this week.

The packets — green for homeowners and purple for renters — should be received by Sept. 1, the Treasury Department told NJ Advance Media.
