Measurement and positioning

First of all, the technician is familiar with the drawings, the measurement technology disclosure, and then the full-time surveyor leads the control line and elevation control line of the embedded parts and bolts from the measurement control network according to the technical measurement requirements. Then according to the design of embedded anchor bolts and embedded parts of the center, elevation to determine the specific position.

Fixed support

The relative elevation point is cast on the fixed bracket pile, and the bottom should be welded reliably, completely separated from the template fixed frame, steel fixed frame, etc., and ensure that the fixed frame should have enough stiffness and stability.

Set bolt

After the fixer is installed, the center of the bolt should be fixed according to the positioning line, then the elevation should be adjusted, and temporary reinforcement should be carried out according to the requirements of the scheme.

Retest finally fixed

After the bolts and embedded parts are placed, the surveyor will adjust and check them again. After the inspection meets the standard requirements, the lower part of the bolts and the fixed frame will be welded firmly. At the same time, the bolt fixing frame is strengthened by welding scissors in both directions.
